I am so sorry to have JUST learned about Punch -I am thinking about all the good times we had on the farm when we were kids. My sincerest condolences to Audrey and all the rest of his family. He will sure be missed by all of us......
I was shocked when my mom Joan Rhone (Audrey's Aunt) told me of 'Punch's' unexpected departure.
Punch was always a necessary participant at any of mom's family get togethers.
In fact the last time I saw him was at a family reunion about 5 years ago.
It seemed like once he showed up then things got underway and we could get the party started.
The first time I remember seeing Punch was at his and Audrey's wedding.
I was only 5 yrs old at the time, but I remember it as if it was yesterday. He was quite the dude then, and that's how I've always thought of him and always will remember him. He will be missed by everyone who knew him.
We all will miss uncle Punch a great deal. The Willard boys will miss their hunting and fishing partner. Our love and prayers go out to Aunt Audrey and our cousins.
