Obituary of Verna E. Slade

Verna E. Slade of Honeoye Falls, died Tuesday, February 17, 2009 at age 77. She was born the daughter of Howard and Harriet Malloy Coffey on October 13, 1931 in Rochester, NY. She retired from Honeoye Falls-Lima School after 26 years of driving bus. She was predeceased by her husband Richard L. Slade and her daughter Patti East. She is survived by her children Richard (Jane) Slade and Darlene (Daniel) Robbins all of Honeoye. 6 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchildren. Brothers, sisters and several nieces and nephews. Friends may call Friday, February 20, 2009 from 4-7 pm at the Merton H. Kays Funeral Home, Inc. 59 Monroe Street, Honeoye Falls.
