He was an absentee grandfather who objectively didn’t care enough about his grandson to contact for decades. I’m gay and have mental illness. I don’t think my name should be in the obituary. It doesn’t feel right.

My sincere sympathy Joyce and family - Ron always had a smile and positive comment whenever we would see each other in a very broad area as I never knew of anyone who could walk further than he did. I can assure you, I was not walking!! I often opened my car window and said hello - you are fortunate you were together for such a long time.
