Obituary of Scott C. Brassie

Scott Christopher Brassie of Ionia passed away unexpectedly on August 31, 2023. Scott graduated from Honeoye Falls Lima Central School and worked as a carpenter and an over the road truck driver. His hobbies included hiking, woodworking, animal lover, stand up comedian and just loved having a good time. Scott was a veteran of the United States Navy. Scott leaves behind his wife, Tracy of 26 years and his daughter Morgan Brassie; his 4 brothers, Micheal, Rick (Lori), Mark (Sue) and David; 2 sisters, Catherine Parrish (Norman) and Laurie Quartaro (Michael) and brother-in-law Terry Parrish; nieces and nephews, John, Ethan, Chet, Lucas, Emma, Chloe, David, Christopher, Matthew, Morgan and several great nieces and nephews. Scott was predeceased by his parents, Lawrence and Helen Brassie, nephew Patrick Parrish and his sister-in-law Kristine Brassie. Friends are welcome to join his family on September 17, 2023 from 1-4 pm for a Celebration of Scott's Life at the Ionia Fire Department.
