Obituary of Rollo G. Hoffmeier

Rollo Guy Hoffmeier, 87, of Bloomfield NY died June 9, 2023. "Hoff" son of Rudolph and Evelyn Hoffmeier, loving husband of Paulena Beck Hoffmeier, passed away on June 9th at his home in Bloomfield NY. He is survived by his wife Paulena, his son Deron and his wife Tracy Hoffmeier, his daughter Dawn and her husband Mark Lockwood. He is also survived by his grandchildren: Hilary Lockwood Williams (husband Evan Williams), Samantha Hoffmeier Chomokovski (husband Mike Chomokovski), Hannah Lockwood Lamson (husband Mark Lamson), Lindsay Hoffmeier and four great grandchildren, Ellie and Sadie Lamson, Willow Chomokovski, and Reed Williams. Rollo worked as an Earth Science teacher in the Fairport School District until his retirement in 1990. With his love of Disney, he spent his retirement working part time at Disney World until he was 80. He was a gymnast, outer space buff (applied for the teacher Space Shuttle trip), a referee of lacrosse & volleyball, enjoyed playing golf and softball, but most of all loved playing with his grandchildren. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. A celebration of Life will be held this September. "you Betcha"
