Obituary of Rita D. Krenzer
Rita Krenzer (Dorfner) formerly of Henrietta, West Bloomfield and Apopka, FL died Friday,
January 13, 2023, age 99. Predeceased by her parents Edmund and Mary Dorfner of Henrietta and her sister Elizabeth (Charles Hugh) Michel; husbands Frank J. Krenzer of West Bloomfield and Alfred Krenzer of Apopka, Fl.
Survived by step children, Douglas and Jeffrey Krenzer, Mary Lu Bronson, and JoAnne McDevitt and their families all from Florida.
Survived by her sisters children: Edmund (Marsha) Michel of Youngstown, Fl., Patricia (James) Power of Palmyra, Ritamarie (Raymond) Dreimiller of Bloomfield, Daniel (Robbyn) Michel of Sterling, Alaska, and Christine (Scott) Hachten of Bloomfield along with numerous nieces and nephews from the Krenzer family.
Rita was born and raised in Henrietta, NY. After she married they moved to West Bloomfield where her husband farmed and they had Krenzer's Airport, which was a source of a lot of fun and activity at that time. She retired from Eastman Kodak. After retirement she moved to Apopka Florida in 1980 and remarried.
A special thank you to the staff and caregivers at the Jewish Home-Cottage 2, Home One for their devotion and excellent care of Rita.
No prior calling. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 am on Wednesday, January 18th at St. Catherine of Siena, 26 Mendon-Ionia Rd, Mendon, NY. Internment at St. Agnes Cemetery in Avon.
