A great coworker and wonderful man who loved his family more than words could express. Todd and I worked at CooperVision together and shared the good and bad of being in HR. He could always make me feel better about work and I'd typically leave a conversation with a chuckle and smile. This is just such an unbearably sad loss. Heaven has one of the good guys that loved you with all his heart and soul.

Dearest Dawn, Emma, Liam and your extended families,
What a joyful, generous and loving family you and Todd created. 3 towns, and beyond, have greatly been enriched from knowing each of you.
Please know how much we love and appreciate all 4 of you.

On behalf of the Wandering Golf League members who were blessed to have Todd attend our annual Fall Classic outing a few times, we wish our sincere condolences to the Stout family on your loss. A good golfer and great friend, he was very welcoming even to those he didn't see very often.
Our prayers go out to his family and friends.
Sincerely,
Michael Jaromin

I am truly stunned. What an amazing husband, father, friend, acquaintance, you name it…Todd impacted everyone he came into contact with. To top that off, probably one of the funniest people I have ever met! While our worlds drifted apart over the last 10 years, whenever I saw him it was as if it was yesterday. The world has lost one of the great ones. Todd, you will be incredibly missed. Dawn, Emma, Liam, you are in my thoughts. My best to you and your extended family.

I worked with Todd for many years. He was one of the people who was more than willing to help me when I was looking for a new job. Todd got.me involved in a football pool which we had great fun discussing and I still participate in today. I will definitely miss him a ton. A good soul. He truly loved his family. I'm so incredibly sorry.

I am so sorry to hear of Todd's passing. I worked with Todd at Corning and learned a lot from him. He always shared his wealth of knowledge, with a smile. Todd was very personable and great overall human being as well. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time.

Dear Family
All of us who worked with Todd absolutely loved him. He was funny and kind and so incredibly good at his craft. We feel like we knew all of you from the stories he shared. He was so very proud of his two children; he adored you both. And spoke lovingly of the tremendous support that he always had from his lovely wife. We are all so devastated by his sudden death and want you to know that your Dad/Husband/Son/Brother/Friend mattered so much to all of us. We were his work family and we loved him. His life, his love, and his legacy was all of you. May God bless you during these coming days as you remember this wonderful man.
With love and friendship,
Kathie Schrock

Todd,
I just learnt the terrible news. You will be missed by everyone. You were such a nice, funny and welcoming person, always eager to help and listen people around you.
I am still remembering your smile and warm welcoming the first time I met you.
Thank you for what you brought us over the last years.
You and your family will be in my prayers.
