John and Will I am so sorry to hear about your mom. Jean was my mentor and friend, letting me purchase my first corgi. Shorty was the start of the many corgis. Her guidance to my late wife Shari was outstanding. Jean guided her and Cakey to her championship!!! I thank you for sharing this wonderful lady with me. I am in Leroy hoping I could find the house. I was so sad that missed seen her two weeks late and she died on my birthday… sorry Terry, Becky and Dan Wallace Twallacernfa@gmail.com

Jean was a good friend for more than 50 years. We stayed at each other's homes, we shared the love of our champion Cardigan Welsh Corgis and we served together on our national Board of Directors. Jean was an incredibly talented artist, I saved and framed her Christmas cards over the years, bought her calendars and prints of her paintings. When I became an author I asked Jean if she would be interested in doing book covers for me. She created original water color paintings for four of my books, and her beloved 'Sookie,' pictured, was featured on two more of my books. There's an entire corner of our entry devoted to The Clifford Gallery.
Jean, I'll miss our very long friendship.

I sang alto with Jean in the Genesee Harmonic society at Genesee Country Museum and so enjoyed singing with, laughing with and talking with her for many years. She loved the years we were joined by her niece, Amy - who was another excellent musical talent. And I had no idea she played the bass with the RPO! What a cool lady!
