Obituary of Dolores B. Root

Dolores B. Root age 92 of Honeoye, NY died Friday, March 26, 2021. She was born the daughter of the late Paul and Catherine Pfieffer Baier on August 25, 1928 in Rochester, NY. Dolores was predeceased by her son Bernard, daughter Mary Ann, husband Frederick and sisters Sylvia Shaw and Lucille Baier. She was a retiree of Rochester Telephone and a member of St. Mary's Church in Honeoye. She is survived by her special nephew Dan (Deb) Shaw and family, along with several other nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Friends may call Tuesday, April 6, 2021 from 4-7 pm at the Merton H Kays Funeral Home, Inc. 59 Monroe Street, Honeoye Falls. Her Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at10 am at St. Mary's Church, Honeoye with burial to follow at St. Mary's Cemetery.
