I worked with Shirley at the Central Library. She was a kind, loving person. Her smile lit up the room. She always made me smile with her sense of humor. I enjoyed hearinfg her talk about the Sweet Adelines. She would get so excited when speaking about them. I remember going to the Seneca Park Zoo with her once. It was a fun time. The earth has lost a wonderful lady, but I know that heaven has gained an angel.
My deepest condolences.. she was such an inspiration and great person. She will dearly missed and fondly thought of always..

I am so so sorry and saddened to hear of Shirley's passing. I rode the RTS bus with her for years! She was such a lovely, kindhearted woman. My thoughts-n-prayers are with the family,
