James W. Richards age 92, September 23, 2019 at Hill Haven Nursing Home in Webster, NY. James was born October 26, 1926 in Rochester, NY to the late Raymond and Elizabeth Janes Richards. James was an attorney and practiced law in several office locations including James W. Richards Attorney at Law in Rush, NY. He was a member of Rush United Methodist Church. He was predeceased by his wife, Gretchen L. Richards, his brother Rodney and sister Nina. He is survived by his sons, Douglas L. Richards and Paul L. Richards; grandson Aidan Richards; sister-in-law Sabra Richards and several nieces and nephews. No prior calling. Friends may attend Services at the Rush United Methodist Church, 6200 Rush Lima Road, Rush, NY on Saturday, October 26, 2019 at 10 am. Private burial in Pine Hill Cemetery.
