He is the last of a generation. ALWAYS loved the "Allen Get Togethers" when we were growing up and all the aunts & uncles..along with their kids came! Such FUN.....I remember my family driving to the Rome AFB to see Aunt Frances & Uncle Gene. I even have movies of that trip! I enjoyed going to see him at the "House on the Hill". Am so thrilled that he bought the house to keep it in the family. My sincere condolences to Helene,Alva, and Carol......It's hard to lose parents but we can imagine him with your mom and all the sisters (and their hubbys) drinking their coffee ( the men their Genny Beer) and shooting the breeze about current events here on Earth!!!!!
