While I never knew Barbara as I passed her in church I was always admired her smile and confidence as I felt her proudness to be a parishioner and helping out where she could. I could not believe when I heard she passed away just this week.
Even though as I said I did not know her I was deeply saddened to hear at such a young age she has left us.
my sincere condolences to the immediate family and friends

I had the pleasure of being one of Barbara's nurses during her stay at Wilmot Cancer Center on the 7th floor. I would like to send my condolences and prayers to her family during this time. Barbara had a very profound impact on me and she truly is one of the reasons I went into nursing. I will miss her beautiful spirit but know it lives on.

I have worked with Barbara M. Farrell, 10 years ago and ever since has been in touch with her via emails.
She was one of the kindest lady I have ever met. Her perspective towards life was truly inspiring.
I regret my chance to meet her during my last visit to US.
I will miss you Barb.
All my condolences are with her family and close friends.

Although I hadn't maintained a great deal of contact with Barbara over the years, she and her family will always hold a special place in my heart and in my memories of childhood, having lived next door to the Milazzo's while growing up in Buffalo. Barbara, her sister Angela, and her mom and dad were an integral part of a very special group of friends and relatives that lived 40-50 years ago on Hartwell Road. She would manage to step back into my family's lives as an adult from time to time -- she was an incredible kid and grew up to be an even more wonderful adult.
My deepest condolences to Marie and Angela, Barb's husband Tom, and her entire extended family.
May she rest in peace.

My thoughts and prayers are with you during this time. Barb was an amazing person. Her smiling face helped lift anyone's spirits, even the sight of her jeep put a smile on my face. She was kind and thoughtful to all. She will be greatly missed.

Offering my deepest sympathy to Tom and Barb's family. Such a great lady, very caring person and a heck of a shortstop. My memories of playing softball with her bring a smile. Prayers and hugs to all. May God Bless!
Take care,
Marsha
