I have met this wonderful lady a few times through Sally and she has a very kind heart. I am very sad to hear of her passing but I know that she is very happy now. She is in peace watching over everyone she ever cared for. She may be physically gone, but she will always be with everyone for the rest of their lives. Sally, I wish you the courage to go through this whole entire process and the wisdom to put your feelings into place. It's a difficult process, I know and sometimes you'll feel lost, but you'll always find your way. She'll help you. God Bless. She's still a wonderful person.

We were privileged to meet and know Alma & Leland, in 1995 through Leland’s brother Iryll and his wife Hazel, who were our Deale MD neighbors and good friends.
It did not take long for us to get to know Alma & Leland and their family very well, and to begin to also consider them our friends.
We have long admired Alma & Leland and the way they lived life as good, honest and God fearing people. Their legacy will always be the wonderful family that they raised.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Leland, Leanna, Sally, Randa and the entire extended Smith family at this sad time.
Alma – Rest in Peace and enjoy your place in heaven.

Alma was like another Grandmother to me. When I worked with Lee at Markus Park, she invited me into her home for lunch every day. People with such a kind heart as Alma's are extremely rare. I wish Lee and the whole family peace during this tough time.
