Obituary of John C. Farley

John C. Farley "Jack" age 75 of Lima and formerly of West Bloomfield, died suddenly, November 1, 2011. Jack was born the son of Earl and Catherine Behan Farley on August 9, 1936 in Rochester, NY. He was a retiree of Industrial Ceramics, the former PINCO in Lima where he was a fork lift operator. Jack enjoyed his card playing friends at the Honeoye American Legion and anyone else who would play cards with him. He was predeceased by his brothers, Bob, Jerry and David. Jack is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Marilyn (Sheets) of Lima, his daughters, Catherine (Bob) Wallace of Nunda, Patricia Farley of West Bloomfield and Sandra (Phil) Mandell of West Bloomfield. 2 grand daughters, Rachel (Jordan Armison) Farley, Katelyn Weitz; sister in law, Diane and Bill Warner; brother in law, Theron "Bud" and Betsy Brandt; the gang at Ferguson's Garage and his devoted dog, Muffy. Friends may call Friday, November 4, 2011 from 2-4, 7-9 pm at the Merton H. Kays Funeral Home, Inc. 59 Monroe Street, Honeoye Falls. His Funeral Service Saturday, November 5, 2011 will be held at 11 am at the West Bloomfield Congregational Church, 9035 Routes 5&20.
