Obituary of William T Farrell

FARRELL, William T. age 85 passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his family and friends on February 20, 2011. William was a US Army Veteran serving in WWII serving overseas in Central Europe. Member of the Lima VFW Post # 26, He retired from HFL Central School as a history teacher for 41 years and Monroe Boces # 1 for 10 years. He was a successful coach of baseball, soccer, basketball and football. Predeceased by a son Thomas William Farrell, a son-in-law Jesse Walker. He is survived by his love of his life for 57 years Mary Crociata Farrell, daughters Mary (Mike) Agahee of CA, Teresa Walker of FL, Sharon (John) Bednarczyk of Fairport, son William (Linda) Farrell of SC, a daughter-in-law Connie Farrell of VA, a brother Edward Farrell of Rochester, 12 Grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Friends may call from 1-3 and 6-8 on Friday at the Merton H. Kays FH 59 Monroe St. in Honeoye Falls. A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10am on Saturday at the St. Paul of the Cross Catholic Church in Honeoye Falls. Contributions to St. Bonaventure University,University of Rochester.
