offered to take Howard to lunch one day. Unknown to me, he invited half of Rush to join him and stuck me with the bill when They left.

To the family of Howard. He'll be missed from the marina. He'd ride by on his golf cart and always would stop to say hello. He was a great guy. Funny and kind and always had a smile to share with everyone.

We will miss our landlord, Howard - his teasing and stories of days gone by. It won't be the same without him this summer on the river. We had lots of laughs together.
