Obituary of John R. Wylie

John R. "Jack" Wylie of Henrietta, NY died Monday, January 21, 2013 at FF Thompson Hospital in Canandaigua. He was 92. Jack was born in Bootle, Scotland the son of John and Ada McGibbon Wylie on June 12, 1920. He was a retiree of Rush-Henrietta School District. Jack was predeceased by his wife Fern in 2008. He served in the English Royal Navy prior to moving to the United States. He is survived my many family members in England, Canada and here locally. Services will be held Sunday, January 27, 2013 at 2 pm at the Merton H. Kays Funeral Home, Inc. 59 Monroe Street, Honeoye Falls. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the ASPCA, 424 E. 92nd St., New York, NY 10128.
