Obituary of Mary A. Mamoone

Mary A. Mamoone of Honeoye Falls, died January 9, 2010 at the MM Ewing Continuing Care Center in Canandaigua, NY. She was 99. Mary was predeceased by her husband, Joseph Sr., son, Joseph Jr., daughter, Delores Jarvis, her siblings, Theresa Antonelli, Josephine Antonio, Madeline Angie, Samuel Rotunda, Rosie Tripp, Thomas Rotunda and their spouses. Survived by her children, Virginia (Joseph) Conn, Shirley (Henry) Besanceney, Thomas (Cathy) Mamoone; daughter in law Beverly Mamoone; 17 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. Mary was a member of St. Paul of the Cross Church and its Rosary Society; Past President of the Honeoye Falls American Legion Ladies Auxiliary; she retired from AE Rittenhouse (Emmerson Electric) in Honeoye Falls. Friends may call Friday, January 15, 2010 from 4-7 pm at the Merton H. Kays Funeral Home, Inc., 59 Monroe Street, Honeoye Falls. Her Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated, Saturday, January 16 at 11 am at St. Paul of the Cross Church, 37 Monroe Street, Honeoye Falls. Burial, St. Paul of the Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Catholic Charities or to a charity of ones choice.
