Obituary of Donald Knab

Donald F. Knab of Sackets Harbor, formerly of Chili, NY, died December 20, 2009 at age 77 at his home in Florida. Don was born the son of Edwin and Florence Krause Knab on January 25, 1932 in Buffalo, NY. Don retired from the Public School System as a teacher He is survived by his children, Donald (Cheryl) Knab, Dennis (Nancy) Knab, Kathy (William) Davies, Dornida Knab; grandchildren, David and Michael Knab, Dennis and Jessica Knab, Kevin, Jason and Joey Davies and Daniel Schaub; sister, Mary Maynard. Services will be held Saturday, January 16, 2010 at the United Presbyterian Church of Sackets Harbor, Main Street at 1 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1400 Winton Road North, Rochester, NY 14609 or the Shriners Hospitals for Children, 2900 Rocky Point Drive, Tampa, FL 33607.
