Obituary of Catherine J. Hastings

Catherine J. Hastings, age 89 of Rochester, died Tuesday, December 15, 2009 at her home. Catherine was born February 5, 1920 in Rochester, NY the daughter of John and Magda Misiura Hoszoski, who predeceased her. She was a retiree of Eastman Kodak and was a member of Blessed Sacrament Church in Rochester and a was a graduate of Geneseo Normal School. She is survived by her sister, Margaret Helen (Robert) McCombs of Ionia; several nieces and nephews. No prior calling. Catherine wishes her services to be private. She will be buried in St. Paul of the Cross Cemetery, Honeoye Falls. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Blessed Sacrament Church, 534 Oxford St., Rochester, NY 14607.
