Obituary of Mildred B. Gillette

Mildred B. Gillette of Canandaigua formerly of Honeoye died January 14, 2013 at the MM Continuing Care Center in Canandaigua. She was 94. She is survived by her son Roger (Joan) Gillette of Rochester; granddaughters, Roxanne Smith, Cheryl Fleishman; 8 great and 5 great great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Charles and long time companion, Louis Craft. Millie resided at the MM Ewing CCC for the last 4 years. She resided in Rochester until she retired from Stromberg Carlson and spent her retirement years in Honeoye, where she was very active in the community and her church, the Canadice Methodist Church. She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Roy (Eva) Papke and Willard Papke and her sister, Dorothy (Bill) Kempshall. The family would like to thank the staff at MM Ewing CCC for all the love and support and for becoming an extended family. Also to her dear friend Susan (Dwight) Uthe for the never-ending love and support. No prior calling. Friends may attend Services Saturday, January 19, 2013 at 11 am at the Canadice Methodist Church.
