I am numbed and saddened having just read the news of Jim's passing. Jim was one of my very best friend's from my youth...we spent countless hours together goofing around...dreaming...and getting into all kinds of trouble. Jim and I were born on the same day and he always reminded me that he was a half hour older than me.... As so often times happens..we grew apart and I hadnt heard or seen much of him since those days. My heart goes out to Jim's dad....Jeff..donna...and melody...may time ease your pain. Jim and I were classmates all through HFL and graduated together in 1984. I remeber Jim fondly as being full of fun and always such a nice person. Unfortunately I haven't seen Jim since that day in June of '84 and am so saddened by the loss. I know he will rest in peace and appreciate all he had done for our country! God Bless Jim and his family!

My memories of "Jimmy" are so fond. He was a link in the chain of wonderful young men that were my dearest friends in High School. And I'm very proud of him for the man that he grew to be. We all felt that our chain was broken with the news, Thank you Jim for your friendship in our youth and for your service for all of us as a man.
