Obituary of June V. Lindsay

June Lindsay of Lima, NY died Saturday, April 11, 2009 at age 84. She was born the daughter of John and Viola Klotzbach on October 31, 1924 in Bath, NY. She graduated from Albion High School the Elim Bible Institute. She entered full-time missionary work in 1957 in Kenya, E. Africa. She married on Aug. 10, 1957 in Kisumu, Kenya to George Lindsay. They served in Kenya for over 30 years as well as 6 year pastorate at the Old Stone Church in Lima, NY. The last years were spent in Syracuse as a member of New Life Church, pastured by her daughter and son-in-law. Survived by her daughter Georgia (Brent) Culver of Syracuse, siblings John Klotzbach of Albion, and Erma Rice of Pontiac MI, grandchildren Joshua, Caleb (Rachel) Benjamin, and Joanna. Friends may call on Friday April 17, 2009 from 1-3 pm at the Elim Bible Institute Tabernacle in Lima. Burial Oak Ridge Cemetery, Lima.
