Obituary of Patricia A Rogers-Buehlman

Patricia A. Buehlman-Rogers "Pat", died Wednesday August 26, 2015 surrounded by her family. She was predeceased by her parents Walter and Virginia Seegler. She is survived by her loving husband of 19 years, Lynn Buehlman and her children; Laurie Betts, Julie (Royal) Curtis, Suzanne (Alex) VanDamme, Michael (Jennifer) Satter. 13 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; sister, Linda (Jim) Brosseau and brother, John (Lorie) Seegler. Nieces and nephews, stepsons, David and Jeffrey Buehlman. Pat was a travel agent throughout her working career and had traveled to every corner of the world for business and leisure. She worked at several of the prominent agencies, was the office manager at Red Carpet Travel and had her own travel business for a time. Pat was a gourmet cook, book reader, a volunteer, an adventurer, active in birding, hiking and was an avid gardener. She started a garden club in the 19th Ward and her own garden was featured on the garden tour one year ago. She was also involved in selecting gardens for the Genesee Land Trust Backyard Habitat Garden Tours. She was also an animal rights activist and generous supporter of many organizations. Friends may call Friday, September 4, 2015 from 4-8 pm at the Merton H. Kays Funeral Home, Inc. 59 Monroe Street, Honeoye Falls. A private family burial will be held. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Genesee Land Trust or Lollypop Farm.
