BETTY- Just the mention of her name brings a smile to our lips. She was emotional, funny, and fun to be with. A compassionate and caring human being, who loved her family and would at the drop of a hat go to help them out in a pinch. She loved games, Euchre, Password, slots and people. Betty brought a lot of happiness to many and anyone who knew her could tell you some laughable Betty stories. Betty leaves a legacy of having enriched the lives of those who knew her.
There was another side of Betty, too that showed her unshakeable faith in the hereafter, one could almost call it a yearning. Her faith was unshakeable, no matter what life threw at her, she believed in God and in Jesus and that one day she would be in heaven. While never overbearing, Betty would certainly debate the issue with anyone who suggested otherwise.
For all of us, those with doubts or those who truly believe, Betty's certainly can lessen our grief at losing her. While we are sad and feeling the pain of her loss, we must remember that she did believe, and that now,she has made her journey and is with her savior.

Betty was my cousin and we always had fun together, although we did not see much of each other in past years. We always managed to find humor in the things that happened in our lives. I just heard of her passing and would like to extend my condolences to the family.
